We appreciate your business and respect your privacy. Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.

Returns

We ship only brand new books. Thus, all sales are final.

If, in the unlikely event, you receive a defective item, call us immediately toll-free 866-466-2711 for a return authorization. Defective goods will be replaced if they are returned within 10 days of original shipment and accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the sales receipt.

Returned goods should be repacked with the original bubble-wrap and sent via Media Mail by the US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. No need to insure returns.

If we determine after inspection that the item is defective, we will reimburse the cost of your return shipping.
